OpenVision DX is an easy-to-use digital X-ray scanning system with video output for real-time radiographic inspections and reporting. A near-patent system consisting of the combination of a 70 kV X-ray source mounted on a C-arm and a digital imager allows the observation of external defects down to the tiny size of 0.010-inch (250 μm) in insulated tubes.

Open Vision DX can be used in various types of insulation and linings, including mineral wool and calcium silicate with galvanized steel, stainless steel and aluminum linings up to 36 inches (91 cm) overall diameter.

OpenVision DX allows inspection of hundreds of feet (roughly tens of meters) of insulated pipework to quickly identify signs of corrosion or anticipate future corrosion such as scale, exterior wall failure, and water seal.
Real-time recorded images and video are easily downloaded at the touch of a button for quick, detailed viewing.

OpenVision DX-NDT is IRR99/IRR17, ANSI 43.5 and CE compliant.
